Deel and Rydoo

How it works

The Rydoo connector by Travexis Connect links your Deel and Rydoo accounts to automate two essential workflows:

1. Sync employees from Deel to Rydoo, including names, email addresses, countries, groups, account numbers, status and custom fields. Custom Mapping is possible.

2. Export approved expenses from Rydoo to Deel Payroll, including metadata and receipt attachments.

Each sync is configured with customer-specific mappings, such as contract IDs and adjustment category IDs. The integration runs automatically once per day, with optional higher frequency if needed.

Getting started

  • Install the App Rydoo (by Travexis Connect) from the Deel App Store
  • Connect your Deel and Rydoo organzations: Start the Authentication flow by clicking “Connect” on the App landing page Rydoo (by Travexis Connect) User Manual
  • Go through the setup steps, finish the setup and contact connect@travexis.com to schedule onboarding, configuration and testing.

Settings & features

The connector supports custom mapping of payroll categories to fit your specific organization setup. The sync is performed automatically once per day and can be scaled to support multiple entities and configurations. Travexis Connect supports you through onboarding, testing, and activation.
