How it works

Customers with an active OpenSesame account can sync their course library directly into Engage, unlocking access to more than 50,000 ready-to-use courses within existing learning workflows. Courses are available immediately and cover a wide range of topics—from U.S. compliance to leadership, professional skills, and more.

This integration allows HR teams to deploy training quickly, meet development and compliance goals, and reduce administrative overhead. It’s an efficient solution for teams looking to scale learning without adding complexity.

With OpenSesame embedded in Engage, you can streamline employee development, support compliance requirements, and enable career growth at scale.

Getting started

If you already use OpenSesame, ensure you have admin permissions first, then: 

• Go to Settings -> Engage -> Learning
• Scroll down to "Available Integrations" and click the OpenSesame tile
• Obtain your Customer Integration ID (CIID), then select courses from OpenSesame using Lists to deliver them to Deel Learning
• Once connected, your OpenSesame courses will automatically sync with Engage

Feature sync

The integration syncs OpenSesame courses and learning statistics directly with Deel, so Engage users can:

• Search for OpenSesame courses in Engage
