Setting up a Human Interest 401(k) is a breeze and takes less than 5 minutes. Our direct Deel integration means that Human Interest automatically makes payroll deductions, tracks newly-hired employees, and enrolls them when eligible. Real time-sync ensures that your 401(k) and payroll data are always error-free and up to date. Afterwards, we handle and sign all required filings for you and provide continuous monitoring to stay compliant. Compared to a DIY process, we save companies up to 75 hours a year in administrative work.
