How it works

The Deel–Engagedly integration connects Deel’s global payroll and compliance platform with Engagedly’s AI-driven talent management tools. Once authorized, employee demographics and updates in Deel automatically sync to Engagedly, ensuring that both systems are always in alignment. Admins can manually trigger or schedule syncs, and any blocked employees in Deel are also blocked in Engagedly.

Getting started

• Contact Engagedly support to enable the Deel application for your organization.
• Log in to Engagedly, go to Settings → Integrations → Deel, and click "+ Add Connection".
• Authenticate with your Deel account and authorize Engagedly to access your organization’s data.
• Once connected, click "Sync Now" or schedule syncs as needed.

Settings & features

Admins can manage connections, control sync frequency, and customize field mappings to match organizational needs. Sync reports are emailed after each sync, detailing created, updated, and errored records.
